My renter called me from a property I have in Murrieta saying the toilet backed up and there was sh*t everywhere. She was on a panic so I called my old friend Kevin Saiz of I.E. Plumbers and explained the situation. His crew was there in 20 minutes, solved the problem (Her kid tried to flush 2 stuffed toys), and even did some clean up for her. First, let me say how blessed I feel to have found IE Plumbling!  Thank you so much for your help and prompt beyond belief response!!

I moved here about 9 years ago from Iowa, and have had home warranties in the past, but switched to Home Serve, who partners with So Cal Gas  for my systems a few years ago. They are a nationally recognized company with super high satisfaction ratings, but when I needed a plumber, I found that they all came from Corona. Some were good and some were awful.

This last issue with the slab leak had me in tears for days. First, I couldn’t get anyone out for almost a week. Then when they did come, they did absolutely no diagnostics and asked not questions. But they did give me a ballpark figure of what it might cost. Yesterday right before I called you, Home Serve called to let me know with this provider, my out of pocket would be almost $4.5 K.  That’s beyond what my coverage paid.

I almost passed out. I lost my husband last June, my car just recently took a chunk of savings, and the price they quoted with no diagnostics was more than twice the amount of the ballpark figure quoted.  When Kevin showed up, it was an answer to prayer.

Needless to say, I have been on the phone with Home Serve numerous times over the issue. They have been wonderful to work with and upon explanation, helped me find options to include finding a local business and paying for the service myself, with reimbursement of contracted amount which doesn’t leave me destitute.   I was overjoyed!

But while I was discussing the issue and the lack of partner plumbers in Menifee, also telling them how pleased I was to find IE and asking if it were possible to recommend them as a Home Serve vendor, they told me that they were always looking for qualified service providers.  But they said, I couldn’t just recommend them, but that the business could apply to be a vendor online.

Thus my lengthy diatribe … you may or may not be interested, but they have a wide client base that contracts through So Cal Gas to pay premiums.  This is the link to their website, and I put in a line to the vendor page too. Might be worth looking at 😊

Excellent Service from I.E. Plumbing Services - I have rental properties in Murrieta. One of my renters called panicked about an overflowing toilet. I Googled "Murrieta plumber discount coupons". EMailed the coupon page to my renter, they called the number and 45 minutes later, problem solved. Fast efficient and I saved money.

Kevin was prompt and courteous. Did a great job at a affordable rate. Way better than We Care, trust me call these guys first.

Toilet overflowed Friday and I had company coming over. I called my mother-in-law and she said to Google "IE discount plumbing repair coupons" since we live in the Inland Empire. (Don't know why I didn't think of that), so I did and IE Plumbing's link popped up right under the ads. I went to their site, clicked on the big red COUPON SPECIALS link and got me a coupon. I called, there were here in 25 minutes, had the problem fixed and everything was cleaned up just like noting ever happened. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. That's the kind of service I'll recommend to everybody.

Excellent same day service, no hidden fees, honest and professional. I highly recommend it.
